My role

As the UX Designer, I currently work with 7 development teams in Manage My Booking pod (2022 - current). Previously worked in Customer Account and B2B retail pods.

 

Manage my booking key projects include:

  • Boarding pass retrieval Redesigned the journey to create a seamless retrieval experience, accommodating multiple methods to meet diverse market and user needs.
  • In-flight meals & luxury treatsRedesigned and combined meals and treats into a single experience, making browsing, especially allergen information, and purchasing easier.
  • Booking support & travel documentsRedesigned the document and support hub to enable users to self-serve without needing to call the service centre.

 

B2B key projects (2022-2024) include:

  • Group booking feature for agents to make a booking with a big party size (i.e. greater than 9)
  • A new feature “External memos” for agents to send out requests to suppliers.
  • UX design

    Conduct competitor and comparator studies.

     

    Draw user flow and user journey to understand user touch points and pain points.

    Create wireframes and prototypes to demonstrate early design concepts and use in user testing.

     

    Provide UX copy to make the content more inspiring and supportive.

  • User research

    Plan and analyse unmoderated user testing (e.g. card sorting, tree testing, think out loud usability test, X-second test).

     

  • Accessible design

    Deliver inclusive design with accessibility annotation complying with WCAG 2.2 level AA standard.
